-Returns & Refunds Policy-
Refunds: You may receive a refund if you don’t receive your order, the product is damaged upon arrival or you aren’t satisfied with the product. You must send proof of any damage and proof of purchase before being issued a refund. Also in order to get a refund, the products must not be used. Example: if you’re unhappy with a candle, you cannot get a refund if you burnt the candle.
Returns: If a product gets to you and you see that its damaged, please contact us for instructions on returning the item for a replacement one. OR you can return it and get a refund. You must provide proof of the damaged item and proof of purchase in order to get a new one or a refund. After you use the product, you will not be able to send it back as a return. This option is only available for physical products, not digital ones.
There are no refunds on the digital products, like art commissions and virtual gift cards.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may get a refund or return. no sale items will be approved for a return or refund.
You will have 30 days from purchase of the product(s) to submit a refund/return form to us in order to get the process going. Once submitted, we will look at the inquiry and get back to you within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be initiated within the next 3 business days. Or if its a return, we will email you the instructions on how to go about doing the return.
